Where it applies

Where the IORS Check applies

Five situations in which the readiness question decides the outcome, and the industries where we meet them. The universal core stays the same; the sector library changes.

Five use situations

Project or programme

The client's question

Will the results operate when the project closes?

The check delivers

Readiness of the operating structures behind the deliverables, and the gates that block hand-over.

Organisation

The client's question

Is this unit, agency or reform ready for its new role?

The check delivers

Institutional readiness across governance, people, processes, finance and compliance.

Product or service launch

The client's question

Can we deliver from day one at the promised quality and volume?

The check delivers

Operating-model readiness, capacity evidence, launch gates and a forecast to the launch date.

Export or market entry

The client's question

The market is attractive. Are we ready to enter it?

The check delivers

Readiness of entity, local operating model, people, partners, compliance and funded entry operations.

Institutional opening

The client's question

Can this school, training centre, clinic or facility open on the date, safely?

The check delivers

Soft-opening readiness with life-safety hard gates, a phased scope and a signed decision.

Industries

Typical scenarios where the check is applied. These are situations, not separate products.

Skills and vocational training

A competence centre is built and equipped; trainers arrive late, acceptance drags, the safety file is incomplete. IORS separates what opens on the date from what opens in the second phase.

Health facilities

A hospital wing is handed over. Clinical workflows, rosters, equipment commissioning and emergency procedures decide the first admission, not the building certificate.

Education infrastructure with services

An enterprise builds schools and develops curricula and teacher training. Two readiness pictures become one decision for the opening date.

Development programmes

An implementation unit or a new agency must operate after the programme ends. Mandate, staff, budget and systems are checked before the exit, not after.

International market entry

A mid-sized company enters a new country. Entity, licences, local team, partner contracts, compliance and the funded first year, checked as one picture.

Industrial and energy assets

Operational readiness at handover is an established discipline here. IORS brings its decision logic to the institutional side of the same projects.
