indeson GmbH is an internationally active consultancy in vocational education, qualification, institutional development and transformation, with project experience in more than 20 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Why IORS exists
Indeson's work has never stopped at strategies and concepts — it includes building and developing training institutions, competence centres, public-private partnership models, governance structures, and accompanying institutions to the actual start of operations. From that practice grew a recurring insight: between formal project completion and real operating capability lies a critical gap. Projects can be infrastructurally advanced, budgets largely spent and activities formally closed — while the organisation is not yet able to deliver its services reliably and sustainably.
The operational readiness methodology behind IORS was developed at exactly that interface and applied in international projects, including in Pakistan and Egypt. IORS turns it into a scalable, data-based system for assessing and forecasting operational readiness.
